Der Diskurs um digitale Lehre dreht sich schnell um Technologie, Softwarelösungen und Plattformen. Wir werden bombardiert mit Links und Tools, Handreichungen und Tutorials, die uns schnelle Hilfe versprechen bei der Umgewöhnung auf digitale Lehrformate. Dabei ist es leicht, unsere Lehre durch die zunehmende Technisierung entfremdet zu sehen von dem, was sie erfolgreich macht, nämlich von Austausch, gemeinsamem Lernen und gegenseitiger Inspiration.
In unserem Workshop möchten wir daher wieder die an digitalem Lehren und Lernen beteiligten Menschen in den Blickpunkt nehmen. Wir vermitteln Strategien, um als Lehrende die Beziehungsebene unserer Tätigkeit in den Vordergrund zu rücken und Technik ganz in den Dienst von Kommunikation und selbstbestimmtem Lernen zu stellen. Und wir vermitteln eine Haltung, die Technik in den Hintergrund treten lässt und es uns ermöglicht, entspannt und gezielt nur die ‚Tools‘ auszuwählen, die uns und unseren Studierenden guttun.

- Sensibilisierung für Teilhabevoraussetzungen von Lehrenden und Lernenden (Stichwort: Barrierefreiheit und digital divide)

The discourse around digital teaching often revolves around technology, software solutions, and platforms. We are bombarded with links and tools, handouts and tutorials that promise a quick transition to digital teaching formats. Yet, increasing technologization easily alienates our teaching from what makes it successful, namely the shared pursuit of knowledge, collaborative learning and mutual inspiration.
In our workshop, we therefore want to focus on the people involved in digital teaching and learning. We will provide strategies for teachers to bring the relationships aspect of our work back to the foreground and to place technology entirely at the service of communication and self-determined learning. We convey a mindset that allows technology to fade into the background and enables us to relax and selectively choose only those ‘tools’ that are good for us and our students.
